How To Figure Out The Right Weight For Your Height

Determine your frame size by measuring your wrist. The smaller the diameter, the smaller the bones are. Smaller bones are usually dense and therefore lighter. Consider your frame size because it can
affect your measurements; a person with a large frame might mistakenly think that she is also overweight.

Wrap your thumb and index finger around the opposite wrist to estimate your frame size. Checks if your fingers overlap, then you have a small frame; if they hardly touch, then you have a medium frame; but if they do not touch each other at all then you have a large frame.

Weigh and measure yourself regularly. When you know exact height and weight it makes it easier for you to track your progress. The average and possibly the standard weigh for a man who is around 5 feet 9 inches of height is between the ranges of 142lb to 176lb.

Compare your weight with those of your age group. Slow metabolisms and caloric usefulness brings about more weight gain.

Doctors can be of great help when it comes to decreasing or increasing your weight. So keep a date with your doctors.
